Request to see the contract signed between Pfizer and the New Zealand Government regarding Covid-19 injectable products named "vaccines"
Helen Tindall made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Helen Tindall to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Helen Tindall
Dear Ministry of Health,
I am writing to request the NZ Pfizer contract between the New Zealand Government and Pfizer for the supply of the Covid-19 vaccine and all information relating to the vaccines administered in New Zealand.
With increased public interest for this information, many wish to understand what was agreed between Pfizer and the New Zealand Government. This is not publicly available, yet the general public paid for the products and were mandated, coerced and lied to, about the need to take multiple doses of the products which resulted in mass harm to the population.
It is in the best interests of New Zealanders to have full transparency of the Covid-19 vaccines, and the contract between the parties. The government at the time that the contracts were signed claimed they would be transparent. It is now time to show that transparency.
Yours faithfully,
Helen

Kia ora Helen,
The information you have requested is withheld in full under the following
sections of the Act:
o Section 9(2)(b)(ii), where its release would likely unreasonably
prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied the
information;
o Section 9(2)(ba)(ii), to protect information that is subject to an
obligation of confidence and making it available would likely damage
the public interest; and
o Section 9(2)(c), to avoid prejudice to measures to protect the health
or safety of the public.
I have considered the countervailing public interest in release in making
this decision and consider that it does not outweigh the need to withhold
at this time.
You may be interested in a summary statement with information on the
COVID-19 vaccine procurement process and the nature of the commitments
made by the Government across all the contracts. The summary statement can

In 2015 when the trade minister was challenged to reveal the Trans Pacific Partner Agreement, the case of “Kelsey v Ministry of Trade” states:
