Dear Department of Conservation,
I noted most of your Conservation Board's meeting minutes are not up to date, therefore I would like to request all the 2024 meeting minutes for all your Conservation Boards. Just to give you an example, Auckland Conservation Board has three 2024 meeting agenda list on the website, https://ftp.doc.govt.nz/public/folder/v9...

, but no meeting minutes upload to the folder. Same with Tongariro Taupō Conservation Board, https://ftp.doc.govt.nz/public/folder/xC...
A good example would be from Southland Conservation Board, they also upload the public papers to the folder. https://ftp.doc.govt.nz/public/folder/th...
May I encourage all Conservation Boards to upload associated papers or PPT online as well.
