We have reviewed your accreditation and identified the following concerns:
Immigration Instruction WA2.55(e)(i) states that: An immigration officer will revoke an employer’s
accreditation where:
i. As a result of verification, an immigration officer determines that the employer does not meet the
requirements of employer accreditation set out in these Instructions.
Due to the concerns raised, as outlined below, your accreditation may be revoked according to
Immigration Instruction WA2.55(e)(i).

Employer compliance – viable and genuinely operating business
Immigration Instruction WA2.10 (a)(i) states that for an employer accreditation application to be
approved, the employer must be a genuinely operating business or organisation, as set out at
WA2.10.1.
under the Official Information Act 1982.
A check of the Companies Register website shows that Sung Solutions Limited was placed in
liquidation on 01 September 2023. Because of this, you appear to not have sufficient capital to
ensure your business remains viable and ongoing in accordance with WA2.10.1(b)(iii), and you
appear to not be able to meet your financial obligations in accordance with WA2.10.1(c)(i). As such,
we have concerns that the company may no longer be a genuinely operating business or
organisation. Based on this concern, it appears Immigration Instruction WA2.10(a)(i) may no longer

be met, and the accreditation status may be revoked as per Immigration Instruction WA2.55(e)(i).
