I am requesting any and all information and / or documents held by MSD (acting as WINZ) in relation to conversation recording by any party to the conversation (such as, but not limited to, notes, formal policies, informal policies, legislation (such as the Privacy Act), etc.) in accordance with the Official Information Act.
For the purposes of the Act I am a New Zealand Citizen and Resident at the time of making this request.
