I am requesting preliminary information and correspondence relating to the current ECE Regulatory Review being undertaken by the Ministry and Minister Seymour.
Please provide:
- All formal (whether oral or written) submissions to the ECE Regulatory Review from kindergarten associations.
- All correspondence from kindergarten associations to the Minister or Ministry personnel relating to this ECE Regulatory Review.
- Any internal or external memos, diary notes, or the like, between the Minister and/or Ministry personnel relating to kindergartens, kindergarten associations in relation to this ECE Regulatory Review.

Ministry personnel relating to this ECE Regulatory Review.
o Any internal or external memos, diary notes, or the like, between the
Minister and/or Ministry personnel relating to kindergartens,
kindergarten associations in relation to this ECE Regulatory Review
We received your request on Tuesday 12 November 2024 under transfer from
the Ministry for Regulation. We will endeavour to respond to your request
as soon as possible and in any event no later than Tuesday 10 December
2024, being 20 working days after the day your request was received. If we
are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an
extension of that timeframe.
