"I request all communications, in any format, between you and your staff and the Prime Minister and his political office staff regarding the reported incident where you verbally abused a member of the public in their workplace, from 1 October 2024 to the present date."

On behalf of the Hon Andrew Bayly, I am writing to advise you that our office will provide a response but needs to extend the time available to answer your request. The response will be sent to you no later than 6 December.

The reason for the extension is that consultations necessary to make a decision on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.
