Human rights commission

Peter Duncan made this Official Information request to Matt Doocey

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Peter Duncan to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Peter Duncan

Dear Matt Doocey,
I was previously refused by your oia people as they stated it sounds more like a complaint instead of answering the question of how many cases through the remote claims unit have the human rights commission been involved in, let’s go back say 5 years. So instead of refusing how about answering? Here is another question should the human rights commission be involved in restoring communication on behalf of a claimant ever? And please explain the terms in good faith and natural justice? Now why did Donna Bradley greymouth make a call to Lisa to deal with all this and state that I was the problem? I have been off file for quite some time and nothing has changed. Meanwhile you have a lady who’s government testified iq is 62 , can’t read or write and why please has acc refused to respond to any of Lisa’s voice messages? How do you move a claim forward in this situation? Is the human rights tribunal the best way forward as it appears that acc has stuck their middle finger up at the human rights commission. Is this correct? Please respond to all questions as we need to know where to .

Yours faithfully,

Peter Duncan
