1.  How many fines were issued by Worksafe to Educational workplaces for being onsite 
after 15 Nov 2021? 
 
2.  Of these fines, how many were successfully col ected by Worksafe? 
 
3. How many have gone off to the MoJ to be collected? 
 
 
I advise that WorkSafe New Zealand issued no fines to educational workplaces in respect of the 
Covid-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021.
