How many Educational workers were issued covid fines?

Dear WorkSafe New Zealand,
I see there is a guidance document "Covid-19 Employment Matters" from the New Zealand School Trustees Association (NZSTA) here: https://web.archive.org/web/202111301601...

The NZSTA guidance follows this process flowchart from the Ministry of Education:

The NZSTA share a "stand down" letter to lock out education workers for not being vaccinated. It says the person will be in breach of The Covid-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021 if he/she attends the school after 15 Nov 2021: https://web.archive.org/web/202201221218...

1. How many fines were issued by Worksafe to Educational workplaces for being onsite after 15 Nov 2021?
2. Of these fines, how many were successfully collected by Worksafe?
3. How many have gone off to the MoJ to be collected?
