Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,

1. What is the procedure for submitting a claim to ACC for tinnitus caused by exposure to loud noise?

2. When submitting a claim for tinnitus caused by exposure to loud noise, is it necessary to initially submit a claim for hearing loss?

3. if the answer to question 2 is yes, is this so even if there is no evidence of hearing loss occurring as a result of the exposure to loud noise?

4. if the answer to question 2 is yes, is this so even if there is evidence that no hearing loss has occurred as a result of the exposure to loud noise?
