Robert has asked me to respond to your query below. We’ve discussed the matter with our finance
team. They have informed us that unfortunately we are still waiting for a response from external
audit. That means we’re not able to confirm whether s 9(2)(b)(ii), s 9(2)(ba)(i) can be accepted at this stage.
We will let you know once we have received any further information.

Apologies for the delayed response however PTL have a board meeting on 21 November
at 10am - 2pm onsite at Turoa and Cam has asked me to forward the details for the
meeting to you. My apiologies for the short notice. The preference is for in person
however happy to send through a teams link if needed.
One of the boards key actions in the November meeting is to ensure that there is a board
calendar in the coming year which should avoid the late notice occurring again in the
future.
