I note a previous OIA request regarding the employment status of convict Dr Byung Chan Kim. It was noted on the response that he was not currently employed, despite his name appearing on the medical council database.
I seek the same information as that particular request:
1. Is Dr Kim employed as a practising medical doctor in New Zealand, and where is his place of employment?
2. Are there any restrictions in place to his practice given his history?
3. Have there been any complaints laid or ongoing investigations against Dr Kim during his time of employment?
