I would like to know the annual total cost paid by Pharmac or authorised by Pharmac, using the latest year for which figures are available, for funding the purchase of the following please:

1. Every anti emetic medication, name and annual cost please.
2. Every pain relief medication, name and annual cost please.
3. Every anti epileptic medication, name and annual cost please.
