Specific details of the whereabouts of Martin family heirlooms

Dear Department of Conservation,
I request specifically the current whereabouts of Martin Family Taonga illustrated in the 2009 CFG Heritage Report pp. 11 and 12, under the heading Maori Artefacts. I also request under who's guardianship or ownership,these items are currently under, and what is the reason why they are so?
I also request to know the same details concerning the artefacts listed on pp18 19 and 20.
Finally I request the date or dates on which the decisions to dispose of these artefacts was or were made, and by whom, and the reasons why.
