Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

Please supply me with an Excel spreadsheet containing all rental bond data
covering the time period 1 January 2015 to the current date, where:

1. One tab in the excel spreadsheet contains the data in the following
format

2. The columns in each tab are:
- The SA1 location ID
- The name of the SA1 location
- The type of property house, flat etc
- The number of bedrooms in the property
- The date the bond was lodged
- The rent price per week of the property the bond was lodged for
- An indicator to show if the row is a new bond lodgement or an existing
bond topup

3. Each row represents either one bond lodged or a bond that was topped up
because the rent was increased
 
Please note that the days from 25 December 2024 to 15 January 2025
(inclusive) are defined as non-working days in the Act and are not counted
in the calculation for the response due date. This will affect the time
period for responding to your request.
 
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 29/01/2025, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe. If you have any enquiries
