I’d like to inquire why there are no minutes available for these meetings.
I’ve noticed that most of the meetings are held via Zoom—are these
sessions recorded? If so, could you please share the recordings with me?

 

Additionally, are there any reading materials provided ahead of the
meetings? If so, I would appreciate it if you could supply me with all the
materials that were sent to the members prior to their meetings.

 

Lastly, I’m particularly interested in the meeting on 7 Nov 2024,
specifically the item regarding "official information handling and
storage." Could you provide more details about what was discussed or
presented regarding this item?
