Dear Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade,

I am writing to request information under the Official Information Act 1982.

New Zealand has not signed the Joint Statement - Sanctions International Criminal Court (ICC) Diplomatic Statement, dated 7 February 2025, which expresses support for the International Criminal Court. The statement can be found here:
