Thank you for request of 4 March 2024 to Te Kaunihera o Pōneke |
Wellington City Council (the Council), requesting information regarding
the Thorndon Connections Feedback Survey. Your request has been considered
under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987
(LGOIMA). Please find my response below:

 

o A Thorndon Connections survey form has been sent out for community
feedback regarding the many significant road layout changes to many
important Thorndon roads.

 

 1. when will this survey close?

 

We will close off the survey to work through the feedback on Monday the
24th of March. People are still welcome to provide us with feedback after
that date, by emailing the project inbox at
[1][email address].

 

2) when this survey closes please share all the core data harvested with
the Thorndon Residents' Association, in a spreadsheet and format that
allows easy analysis of this data e.g. MS Excel

 

We have decided to grant this part of your request, and can provide a
spreadsheet of the responses by 1 April 2025. Personal information will be
withheld pursuant to section 7(2)(a) of the LGOIMA, to protect the privacy
of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.
