I would like to make request and an update information regarding my SMC
application which is lodged on 14/11/2019.
In between 18/02/25-24/02/25 just got completed from quality check. Now it
is sent back to case officer.

After quality check completion, who makes resident decision?
Is it allocated case officer or quality officer and how time it takes to
issue the visa?
Can, customer care call centre suggest me, the decision has been made (
not to disclose the decision details) you will  get an email from
Immigration New Zealand.

I am waiting from very long time to result.
 
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 26/03/2025, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe. If you have any enquiries

Immigration New Zealand is committed to delivering the fastest possible
service for visa applicants. The time it takes to process an application
depends on a number of factors, including the complexity of the
application and whether the information needed to make a decision is
provided.

 

All residence decisions are quality checked to ensure high quality of the
decisions.

 

If it is identified that re-work is required following a quality check, an
application is returned to the assessing immigration officer to address it
and to resubmit it back to the quality check.

If re-work is not required, an application is returned to the officer to
make the decision.
