All 58 statements do indeed appear to be positive. [20, 15, 16, 7 on each page] As mentioned in the response, there is no indication of when the statements were made; there is also no indication who made them (i.e. students, principals, or parents).
I count only two of these 58 statements (i.e. 3.4%) as explicitly indicating the new meals are better than the meals under the old program:
1. “Great service and loving the range of dietary meals on offer- much better than last year!”
2. "... the first day of our revamped school lunch program.... It was clear that something had changed for the better...."
Other statements are unclear what prior event they are referring to with regards to "best" / "better":
3. “The meals are much better received this week!!!! (holy moly!!!) The Mac n Cheese was actually eaten by heaps of kids today.”
4. “They are now starting to like the meals and today we ran out! It is pleasing to see the students starting to like the meals, which have been better recently.”
5. ".... Fruit is definitely a better option that Pita Bread”
6. “This (Teriyaki Chicken) is the best lunch so far. Moist and very tasty. Thanks for their efforts.”
7. “There was sauce. It was still creamy, not thick and congealed.... The sauce tasted cheesy, the meal was 'tasty,' 'delicious,' 'definitely the best yet,' and 'yum."
8. “Best lunch to date! The chicken pesto salad was great, thanks!”

In a 16th March interview with Jack Tame, David Seymour makes a similar claim:
"Actually I hear a huge amount of feedback from schools who are solving these problems, who are able to get meals from the school gate to the children and back without it being a major disruption" [9m31s]
