Dear Andy,

 

I write regarding your request for information dated 10 March 2025 for the
following information:

 1. A copy of the list of appointments that you submitted to the Cabinet
Office for progression in 2025.
 2. Any and all relevant communications, including but not limited to

The second part of your request, which seeks correspondence, is likely to
cover a large volume of information and require significant time and
resources to collate. Due to the substantial collation and research
involved, this part of your request is likely to be refused under section
18(f) of the Official Information Act. Additionally, any relevant
information that may be identified in scope of your request may need to be
withheld, as decisions on scheduled appointments have not yet been made.

 

To assist us in processing your request, we would appreciate it if you
could clarify or refine this part. For example, you may wish to request a
list of appointments scheduled to be made in 2025, rather than
correspondence about upcoming appointments. This would help reduce the
workload involved while still providing relevant information.

 

Please provide your clarification by 25 March 2025 If we do not receive a
response by this date, we will proceed with your request as currently
worded.

 

Please note that under section 15(1AA) of the OIA, any clarification or
amendment of a request is considered a new request for the purpose of
