Thank you for your Of icial Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 12 March 2025 in which 
you sought: 
 
I am writing to request access to the meeting notes, in either digital or hard copy 
format, from meetings held on December 12, 2024, and December 19, 2024. This 
includes any discussions, decisions, and actions that were documented during these 
meetings by you, your office staff, including political and departmental staff. 
 
I refer you to my diary to see what meetings I attended on 12 and 19 December 2024:

I have identified some meeting notes within scope of your request. These meeting notes are 
withheld under section 9(2)(g)(i) of the OIA, to maintain the effective conduct of public affairs 
through the free and frank expression of opinions by or between or to Ministers of the Crown 
or members of an organisation or officers and employees of any public service agency or 
organisation in the course of their duty. 
I have not identified any other information within scope of your request. 
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision if you are not satisfied with
