Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,

Pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982, I respectfully request the following information:

1. The total legal costs incurred by Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ) in relation to the investigation into Russell Kinzett.
2. The total legal costs incurred by FENZ in relation to any litigation before the Employment Relations Authority (ERA) involving Russell Kinzett.
3. A breakdown of the nature of these costs (e.g. internal legal time, external counsel fees, disbursements, etc.), if available.

Please include all costs incurred to date, or if any costs are still ongoing, please provide a clear indication of the total expended so far.

If any part of this request is likely to require substantial collation or if clarification would assist in meeting the request efficiently, I am happy to refine or discuss it further.
