Seeking clarification.

In reference to your request of 20 August 2015 seeking a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding regarding the Scallop Fishery at Coromandel, Hauraki Gulf area.

MPI isn't aware of any current Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). If you can you please clarify between which parties, and what the MOU relates to? We will endeavour to respond to your request.

Please find attached MPI’s response to your request of 20 August 2015, MPI
ref OIA15-092, requesting a copy of an MOU for the scallop fishery in the
Coro0madel, Hauraki Gulf area.

 

Note that MPI has tried repeatedly to post this OIA response directly into
the FYI website without success. We have notified FYI accordingly.
