Dear Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities,

I would like to request under the Official Information Act all emails, electronic messages, notes, reports and memos that included a reference to my request of 6 April 2025 regarding the Tier Two restructure workshop or contained discussion leading to your decision on 14 April 2025.

For clarity, I am requesting all documents written or received by those officials involved in processing the request or were consulted in the decision. This request includes any information produced after the communication of your decision on 14 April 2025, as well.

I acknowledge that you decided to refuse my request about an important step in your restructure decision making. This request is to help understand how that decision was made, how the public interest was considered, whether or not the OIA was properly applied, your views on transparency and fairness, etc.
