Dear Darrell Young,
Hi Darrell
Just to let you know I no longer need the Annual Compliance report from PCC to GWRC - PCC have supplied me with a copy.
I do however still need the Aecom report and am wondering why it appears to be taking a while to provide this - I know you have 20 working days however it is also expected by law that you will respond promptly. As this request is simply to be provided with 1 document I don't believe it should take very long at all to scan/copy and then email/post.
Yours sincerely,
Rachel Allan

Dear Aimee Sanders,
Thank you for this letter. I have appealed to the Ombudsman on the grounds that there is no evidence that Porirua City Council has a copy of this report and that I believe Greater Wellington Regional Council are using delay tactics to prevent me from obtaining this information. Environment Court decision [2015] NZEnvC 120 dated 17 July 2015 ruled that Envirowaste had to provide a copy of the report to Greater Wellington Regional Council. No mention was made of providing a copy to Porirua City Council.
If Greater Wellington Regional Council wishes to rethink its decision then you can advise me accordingly.
Yours sincerely,
Rachel Allan
