You requested the following information regarding individuals,
organisations, state agencies and companies were invited to the two

Due to the requirement for consultation with other parties, a response
cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit. 

 

Accordingly, I am extending the time limit for response to this request
for a further 13 working days  under section 15A of the Act.  You should
expect a response from us as soon as reasonably practicable and at the
latest by 30 October 2015. 

 

You have the right under section 28(3) of the Act to seek an investigation
and review from the Ombudsman about my decision to extend the timeframe
