I refer to your request for of all the information currently held by
Council on resource consent application number: R/LUC/2015/3262 -
Applicant: Abbotts Project Limited.

Auckland Council holds a range of information about all properties in the
region. This includes rating information, building and drainage plans,
consent information (including resource consent applications), licensing
details and more. We hold that information in a variety of formats and it
is available to view at our Service Centres (including 35 Graham Street in
the CBD) or alternatively can be purchased online.

Further information on how you can obtain property file and building
consent documentation for any property located in Auckland Central is

I understand that the processing planner for this application, Lawrence
Yoo, also contacted you about this application toward the end of last week
and advised that he is currently waiting for council’s experts’ feedback
on the section 92 response from the agent. Accordingly, recent
correspondence will not be on the property file, nor will the experts
feedback, which has not yet been received. Once the application has been
completed the information will all be scanned on to the property file.
Lawrence will let you know when he has received the reports back from the
expert.

Lawrence if you have any further questions about the resource consent

Thank you for drawing our attention to the wording on Council’s Auckland Central property file webpage. This page has recently been updated by Council, and the changes do not accurately capture the information contained on a property file. We will contact the Digital Services team and ask for resource consent information to be included on this list.

I can confirm that the property file for either 4a or 10 Abbotts Way contains the following:

•Application and plans (334 pages)
•Traffic report
•Memo to Local Board
•Section 92 request for further information
•Photos

You are able to purchase a complete property file CD online or in person for a fee of $52.50 - delivery within 5 working days. Alternatively, you can view a property file in person at one of our service centres for a fee of $20, with a printing charge of $1 per A4 page.

I can further advise that consent information is not kept separately to the property file. However, the property file in question does not include information since the section 92 request was received. This will be updated when the consent has been completed. Planner Lawrence Yoo will be in contact when the expert responses to the section 92 request are received. If you wish to view this information we could arrange for a disc of the information to be sent to you.
