As you are aware, I am sure, there have been recent media reports that tenants in state rental properties expected a state tenancy for life.
Are you able to advise whether this has ever been policy (explicit or implied) since 1990 or thereabouts? Specifically have new or existing tenants been told they would never have to move from state housing?

I thought the principle question has been ignored, and it should be re-asked for those tenants who arent in the groups mentioned.
