On behalf of Hon Dr Jonathan Coleman, Minister of Health, thank you for your email received 29 May 2016 requesting under the Official Information Act 1982:

- the current state of mental health services provided by the state for young people 25 and under
- a summary of the services provided to young people by the government in order to treat and service mental health issues
- statistical data on the number of under 25 year olds that have used these services each year for the past 10 years

The information requested appears to be more closely associated with the functions and responsibilities of the Ministry of Health. Accordingly I am transferring your request to the Director-General of Health and Chief Executive of the Ministry of Health, Chai Chuah, under section 14(b)(ii) of the Official Information Act 1982
