I would like to request the working used to produce Table 5 in section 1.63 (page 22) of the finalised Report of the Electoral Commission on the Review of the MMP Voting System, dated 29 October 2012.
Specifically, I request the following:
* The number of votes received by each party.
* The number of seats allocated to each party, including electorates and any overhang.
* The total number of votes used in the calculation.
* The total number of seats used in the calculation.
* The percentage of votes allocated per party.
* The percentage of seats allocated per party.
* The difference between the votes and seats allocated per party.
* The squares of the differences mentioned above.
* The sum of all squares mentioned above.
For the following variants:
* 2005 - 5% threshold with overhangs
* 2005 - 4% threshold without overhangs
* 2005 - 5% threshold with overhangs
* 2005 - 4% threshold without overhangs
* 2008 - 5% threshold with overhangs
* 2008 - 4% threshold without overhangs
* 2008 - 5% threshold with overhangs
* 2008 - 4% threshold without overhangs
* 2011 - 5% threshold with overhangs
* 2011 - 4% threshold without overhangs
* 2011 - 5% threshold with overhangs
* 2011 - 4% threshold without overhangs
