Dear Ministry of Justice,
Dear Sirs,
This is in reference to our case in the Hon’ble High Court, Auckland CIV-2016-404-000191 Dahiya v Immigration and Protection Tribunal.
We apprehend that the case was decided in a prejudiced, partial and biased manner and suffer from the application of Res ipsa loquitur and nuances of natural justice. We also feel that we the case has not been decided justifiably. Therefore to know how actually all this happened, we wish to have the audio-video recording of the hearing that took place on 8 June 2016. We wish to know what actually happened on the hearing day and compare it in a very detailed manner with the reserved decision given by Judge Lang J. We require the recordings as evidence for our Appeal to the Hon’ble Court of Appeal against the biased, one-sided, 'reserved decision' by Hon’ble Judge Lang J that is based on untrue, false facts and misinformation.
We have submitted our 3 Submissions to be replied to in a VERY DETAILED manner by Hon’ble Judge Lang J, containing many points of untruth and concoction in his decision.
We have been advised by Peter Gayaman of Auckland High Court Registry that our Submissions would be referred to Hon’ble Judge Lang J. But so far no reply has forthcome and the whole matter has been treated as superficial.
Later Peter Gayaman advised us that he was not sure about our 3 Submissions being referred to Hon’ble Judge Lang J for replying to our queries.
We now request you to help us in getting VERY DETAILED, SPECIFIC and VERY RELEVANT REPLY to all of our above queries contained in these 3 submissions. We also want to know the reasons behind this long delay.
If you need any other information we shall be happy to provide.
Waiting for an early reply.
Yours faithfully,
DR RC Dahiya & Parveen
