Monitoring Judges Decisions in the family court

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Minister of Justice should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Minister of Justice,

I would like to know who is monitoring the judges decisions and direction in the family court closed secret hearing rooms ? Or are they allowed to abuse NZ citizens and violate their rights ? Any juries are involved in complex cases to give fair decisions for NZ families in terms of custody and disputes ?
