Dear Ministry for Primary Industries,
Have the MPI undertaken to have cameras monitoring the 'offal discard system'
(munchers) in the bottom of the new trawlers i.e.: Santy Maria which will be used to dispose of ‘offal’ to ensure that whole fish are not disposed of through this equipment?
If no cameras are to be installed what steps will the MPI undertake to monitor this equipment?
