Dear Callaghan Innovation,

I would like to understand the scope of Callaghan Innovation's (CI) relationship with AJ Park (AJP).

Specifically:

What involvement (if any) has AJP had in the redesign of the current or previous iterations of the Innovation IP Programme or applications for these Programmes?
Did AJP attempt to influence the selection criteria of the current or previous iterations of the Innovation IP Programme or applications for these Programmes?
Has there been any communication between CI and AJP with regards to current or previous iterations of the Innovation IP Programme or applications for these Programmes, or other intellectual property initiatives?
Has there been any communication relating to the appointment of AJP as the primary or sole provider of any intellectual property services, specifically inclduing but not limited to Innovation IP?
Are there any relationships between AJP & CI, or between AJP & CI staff that would give rise to a real or perceived conflict of interest with regards to the selection criteria, application or format of current or previous iterations of the Innovation IP Programme.
