Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
I understand the road between Hanmer to Saint Arnaud via the Rainbow, often referred to as the Hydro 4x4 road was investigated in recent years and costed.
I would appreciate the report that shows the route considered and the cost of implementing.
Any detailed maps available also detailing the route considered would be appreciated.
