Dear Land Information New Zealand,

I am requesting from the Overseas Investment Office arm of LINZ a copy of the decision document for Case 201610107 - Stephen Diggle, VALIC NZ Limited and Diggle Holdings Limited.

In particular I am interested in this case as it refers to the Overseas Investment Act 2005, 17(2)(a)(v) – Additional investment for development purposes and Overseas Investment Regulations 2005, 28(a) – Consequential benefits, 28(e) – Previous investments, and 28(g) – Enhance the viability of other investments.
