Dear New Zealand Transport Agency, This is a request under the Official
Information Act, intended as a follow up to a successful request made in

Please advise : (1) The names of everyone or every company who has
"streamlined" access to the motor vehicle register and can access
information on people who have advised the registrar that they do not want
their name and address disclosed.

 

(2) How many times each of the users from (1) has accessed the register,
including the number of times they accessed (a) non-opted out drivers, (b)
succesfully accessed opted-out drivers, and (c) the number of times
requests made for opted-out drivers were denied.
