Advice on New Zealand's refugee quota April 2017
M Stephens made this Official Information request to Minister of Immigration
Minister of Immigration did not have the information requested.
From: M Stephens
Kia ora Minister of Immigration,
First, a pleasure meeting with you and your staff some weeks ago.
I would like to - perhaps predictably - request under the Official Information Act:
* all departmental advice to the Minister of Immigration between
September 23, 2016 and April 4, 2017 on New Zealand’s Refugee
Resettlement Quota.
If any documents that fall within the scope of my request are to be
withheld in full then I would like the titles and dates of those
documents to be released. I would also prefer that if my request is
expansive enough to trigger a s18(f) refusal that I can be provided
with the titles/dates of the relevant documents so that I can focus
my request forwards particular documents.
Yours faithfully,
M Stephens
