On 9 June 2017, you emailed the Ministry for Vulnerable Children, Oranga
Tamariki (the Ministry) requesting the following information under the
Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):

·         Documents relating to the Ministry for Vulnerable Children's
proposed social investment approach, as alluded to within the Cabinet
Social Policy Committee's Proposed Blueprint for Reform and
Implementation.

 

·         Particularly I am requesting information that relates to a
forward liability within the child care system, and the measurement of
social and/or economic returns on investment.

 

The Ministry has decided to refuse your request under section 18 (d) and
9(2)(g)(i) of the Act. You may be interested to know that all publicly
available documents  regarding your request can be found on the Ministry
