I've had a look at the below requests:

Item 2 of this request is currently being worked on however may we please
have clarification for item 1?  I have been advised that there is no one
business case for network optimisation.   We expect a full response by 20
September 2017 at the very latest.

This request has been assigned.  I’m sorry for the oversight here.  The
request was incorrectly filtered and we did not have any visibility of it
until I conducted a search of our system following your email yesterday. 
I have asked the team if this information can be provided by 20 September
2017.  I apologise for the inconvenience.

This request is currently being worked on by our Major Capital team.  The
clarification was also incorrectly filtered.  We are currently addressing
this issue.  We expect a full response to you by 20 September 2017 at the
very latest.

 

Also Harriet, in regards to case reference CAS-543634-H1Y9Y8 (Panmure
Station Information and Modelling).  Items 1 and 2 are awaiting sign off
from our AT Metro team but Item 3 needs further clarification.  Our
subject matter expert would like to get in touch with you regarding this
portion of your request as we cannot make a decision on it until it is
clarified.  I am unable to provide his name and contact details on the FYI
site.  If you can please contact me, I’ll be able to pass on his details
to you or alternatively provide him with your contact details.  This
matter is better discussed by phone as there are a lot of technical
details to go through.
