"working lunch" that Ministry staff undertook with Nga Taonga's board on
10 February 2017.  Documentation could include agendas, correspondence,
minutes, outcomes etc.

Thanks for releasing the documents. A quick query, I did ask in my original request for any outcomes relating to the working lunch, but nothing has been supplied.

Is MCH saying that there were no meeting minutes/notes taken, action points made, emails/memos written regarding this meeting?

It seems very odd with such a high level meeting with MCH officials that there appears to be no outcomes and nothing committed to in writing. Can you confirm that there is no other documentation from the meeting and post-meeting?
