An article in the New Zealand Law Society website on 03 February 2017 refers to the General Manager of Integrity Services, Mr Ross van der Schyff as a lawyer amd former partner in a law firm.

The NZLS is unable to confirm any of Mr van der Schyffs detatils because he does not hold a current practising certificate, therefore I would like to request that you please confirm-
1) When and where did your General Manager obtain his law degree.?
2) The name of the law firm he was a partner in?
3) The last time he held a practising certificate?
4) Why the MBIE does not require its Registrar to hold a practising certificate?
