Industries (MPI), please find attached MPI's response to your Official
Information Act request on 9 July 2017.
With regard to the attached letter, no fines, penalties or levies were
written off during the 2015/16 period. Therefore as the information does
not exist I cannot send you the requested information as per section 18(e)
of the Official Information Act (OIA).
You have the right under section 28(3) of the OIA to seek an investigation
and review by the Ombudsman of our decision
