We are unable to provide you with data for the period requested because it
is not in an accessible form in our systems; however we have provided
data on diagnosis for referrals to the Mental Health and Addiction
Services from 2001 to 2016. 
 
Not all of the information you have requested is available in our system.
 As such we have limited our response to the data that we
collect, which includes the following descriptors of bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety,
seizures, references to suicide and insomnia. We note that these were the
presenting issues at the time of referral. They do not represent the
actual diagnoses or issues ultimately the subject of care for the people
referred.
