With respect to your request relating to the Pasifika Festival, given the potentially large volume of information held, it would be helpful if you could be more specific regarding what it is you are seeking? Where requests require substantial collation and research they may be refused under section 17(f) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 or a charge may be levied in respect of the time involved.
