Under the OIA I request details of 2016 & 2017 (to current date of
09/Aug), how many people have PASSED their Learners, Restricted and Full
Licences.

Please break the data into categories of:

Year (2016/2017)
Age
Gender
Testing Station Location

Would you also provide a full detailed list of all testing stations which
are still eligible to sit tests and any which have been withdrawn to the
specified reason.
