Hi Don
We're just following up on following up on your OIA request.
Given the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 only came into force at the start of April 2016, we are currently only able to provide data from then until the end of December 2016. As a result there won't be a lot of conviction information.
However, data for the 2016/17 financial year will be available in late September (when Statistics New Zealand releases the tier 1 criminal conviction statistics). This would mean you'd get data up to 30 June 2017 and so we wondered whether you would prefer if we placed your request on hold until then?
Can you advise?
Regards

Hi Don
I was wondering if you've had an opportunity to consider our request below about the data we can provide, and whether it would be more appropriate to place it on hold until later this year?
Cheers
Antony
