Dear Sir or Madam

Official information request: Communication between WDC and City Care regarding the quality of their work in Huntly Mainstreet

Please supply the following information under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA):

Some time ago, City Care took over the contract for providing cleaning / upkeep services to WDC and this included the Huntly Main Street.

I request copies of all feedback, with dates on which this feedback was given, about the quality of work on Huntly main street that WDC have given to the contractor's City Care about the upkeep of Huntly main street. Both positive or negative.

If you need any more information from me please let me know as soon as possible.

I understand that a decision on a request for information under the LGOIMA should be made within 20 working days of receiving that request.

We refer to your request for information of 28 November 2017 and advise as
follows:

 

ž       Feedback on specific sites to City Care is carried out by way of
contract audits or verbal communications. We attach a copy of our CityCare
audit conducted on 7 June 2017.

ž       Please note that CityCare is only contracted to maintain the
gardens (see maps 1 and 2 attached – SH3, SH5) lawns (see map 3 attached)
and associated amenity features. The sidewalks/footpaths, paving,
structures and lights are managed by the Waikato District Alliance.

Thank you for your timely response and information. The PDF of the maps was attached, but the June audit information does not appear to be attached. This may be due to limitations of the web system used to make the request, or maybe not attached.

Either way could you resend with just the audit attached.

Good afternoon,

 

I refer to your email of 19 December 2017, advising that you had not
received the copy of our CityCare audit I had attached to my email to you
early that day.

Since the 19^th was my last day before going on annual leave and I had to
complete a multitude of matters, I am not sure now whether I resent the
audit document.

I am attaching it now, in case I did not resend it on the 19^th.
