Cctv for hit and run on mt eden road

Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
My car was parked on the road on 662 Mt eden road, mt eden Auckland (it is a intersaction with balmoral road,auckland) overnight on 10 February 2018 and a blue Nissan ( number plate BRF370) crashed into my car very badly and they were left took off their number plate and run aways. Would it be possible to check if you have any CCTV footage of a vehicle fitting this description at the intersection of mt eden road and balmoral road heading towards 662 mt eden road between 0245am and 0345 on Saturday 10 February 2018. I do need this information to prove to Nz police that the driver is driving unsafe manner and careless especially when we found alot of alocohol inside the car.

Dear Tanaphoom,
We refer to your CCTV footage request, transferred from NZTA and received
by Auckland Transport on 28 February 2018, relating to a hit and run
incident at the Mt Eden Road/ Balmoral Road intersection between 2:45am
and 3:45am on Saturday, 10 February.
The Auckland Transport Operations Centre has reviewed our cameras and
confirmed the footage relating to your request is available and has now
been saved. However, Auckland Transport does not supply CCTV footage
directly to members of the public due to reasons of privacy. Available
footage of a specific incident or alleged crime will only be released to
the New Zealand Police, upon receipt of a request from them.
Please advise the New Zealand Police about the available footage relating
to reference number CAS-695343-H3Y3W7; and to contact the writer directly
to arrange pick-up of this footage.
Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your
request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA
to make a complaint to the [1]Office of the Ombudsman to seek an
investigation and review of the decision.
